肺部藥理學和治療學（以前稱為肺部藥理學）涉及從分子到臨床方面的肺藥理學。主題包括肺的主要疾病，包括哮喘、囊性纖維化、肺循環、ARDS、癌癥、支氣管炎、膿胸和藥物輸送。 將考慮對人和動物進行實驗室和臨床研究，包括與癌癥，肺結核和感染的化療有關的研究。 除了原始研究論文，該期刊還將包括評論文章和書評。

Pulmonary Pharmacology and Therapeutics (formerly Pulmonary Pharmacology) is concerned with lung pharmacology from molecular to clinical aspects. The subject matter encompasses the major diseases of the lung including asthma, cystic fibrosis, pulmonary circulation, ARDS, carcinoma, bronchitis, emphesyma and drug delivery. Laboratory and clinical research on man and animals will be considered including studies related to chemotherapy of cancer, tuberculosis and infection. In addition to original research papers the journal will include review articles and book reviews.
