《歐洲營養(yǎng)雜志》發(fā)表營養(yǎng)科學的原始論文、評論和簡短的交流。發(fā)表在《歐洲營養(yǎng)雜志》上的手稿提供了營養(yǎng)素和非營養(yǎng)素對免疫學和炎癥、基因表達、新陳代謝、慢性疾病或致癌作用的影響的最新信息；或主要關注流行病學，包括對健康受試者和患者的干預研究；食品安全或食物和食物成分的生物功能性。

European Journal of Nutrition publishes original papers, reviews, and short communications in the nutritional sciences. Manuscripts published in European Journal of Nutrition provide current information on the impact of nutrients and non-nutrients on immunology and inflammation, gene expression, metabolism, chronic diseases, or carcinogenesis; or show a major focus on epidemiology, including intervention studies with healthy subjects and with patients; on food safety, or on biofunctionality of food and food components.
