中文簡介

《生物計量學雜志》發表關于統計方法及其在包括醫學、環境科學和農業在內的生命科學中的應用的論文。方法的發展應由來自這些領域的一個有趣和有關的問題來推動。理想情況下，原稿應包括對問題的描述和一節詳細說明新方法在該問題上的應用。也歡迎案例研究、評論文章和給編輯的信件。只包含廣泛數學理論的論文不適合發表在生物計量學雜志上。

　　英文簡介

Biometrical Journal publishes papers on statistical methods and their applications in life sciences including medicine, environmental sciences and agriculture. Methodological developments should be motivated by an interesting and relevant problem from these areas. Ideally the manuscript should include a description of the problem and a section detailing the application of the new methodology to the problem. Case studies, review articles and letters to the editors are also welcome. Papers containing only extensive mathematical theory are not suitable for publication in Biometrical Journal.
