《化學信息學雜志》是一本開放的期刊，出版了關于化學信息學和分子模型各個方面的原始同行評審研究。承保范圍包括但不限于：化學信息系統、軟件和數據庫以及分子模型化學結構表示及其在化學物質和化學反應數據庫的結構、子結構和相似性搜索中的應用計算機和分子圖形、計算機輔助分子設計、專家系統、QSAR和數據挖掘技術
