《昆蟲科學(xué)》是一本英文期刊，發(fā)表有關(guān)昆蟲和其他陸生節(jié)肢動(dòng)物的所有研究領(lǐng)域的原創(chuàng)研究文章。在以下任何領(lǐng)域的論文將被考慮:生態(tài)學(xué)，行為學(xué)，生物地理學(xué)，生理學(xué)，生物化學(xué)，社會(huì)生物學(xué)，系統(tǒng)學(xué)，害蟲管理，外來入侵。該雜志的重點(diǎn)是適應(yīng)和進(jìn)化生物學(xué)的昆蟲從分子到生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的水平。此外，還出版了評論、迷你評論和給編輯的信、書評以及有關(guān)協(xié)會(huì)學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)的信息。

Insect Science is an English-language journal, which publishes original research articles dealing with all fields of research in into insects and other terrestrial arthropods. Papers in any of the following fields will be considered: ecology, behavior, biogeography, physiology, biochemistry, sociobiology, phylogeny, pest management, and exotic incursions. The emphasis of the journal is on the adaptation and evolutionary biology of insects from the molecular to the ecosystem level. Reviews, mini reviews and letters to the editor, book reviews, and information about academic activities of the society are also published.
