《歐洲人格雜志》是歐洲人格心理學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)的官方期刊，由John Wiley & Sons出版。該雜志通過(guò)報(bào)道和回顧原始研究、理論問(wèn)題、方法論進(jìn)展和當(dāng)前經(jīng)驗(yàn)，促進(jìn)了歐洲和其他地方的實(shí)證和理論人格心理學(xué)的發(fā)展。人格科學(xué)的目的是對(duì)人性、人與人之間的個(gè)體差異以及表征個(gè)體整體特征的心理結(jié)構(gòu)和動(dòng)力學(xué)提供一個(gè)綜合的理解。EJP發(fā)表的論文在最廣泛的意義上促進(jìn)了人格科學(xué)的發(fā)展。我們認(rèn)為所有與人格理解相關(guān)的研究領(lǐng)域，包括但不限于:人格的本質(zhì)(人格結(jié)構(gòu);生物的、動(dòng)機(jī)的、認(rèn)知的、知覺(jué)的和情感的人格過(guò)程)，社會(huì)語(yǔ)境中的人格表達(dá)(人-情境互動(dòng);within-person可變性;日常生活中的行為;個(gè)性與人際認(rèn)知;并進(jìn)、組內(nèi)和組間過(guò)程)，個(gè)性發(fā)展(例如文化、社會(huì)、人際、基因決定因素;人格穩(wěn)定和一生的變化)以及人格的后果(例如社會(huì)、教育、職業(yè)、幸福感和健康相關(guān)的結(jié)果)。

The European Journal of Personality is the official journal of the European Association of Personality Psychology, and is published by John Wiley & Sons. The Journal promotes the development of empirical and theoretical personality psychology within Europe and elsewhere, by reporting and reviewing original research, theoretical issues, methodological advances and current experience.Personality science aims to provide an integrative understanding of human nature, individual differences between persons, and the psychological structures and dynamics that characterise the individual as a whole. EJP publishes papers that advance personality science in its broadest sense. We consider all research fields relevant to the understanding of personality, including but not restricted to: the nature of personality (personality structure; biological, motivational, cognitive, perceptual, and affective personality processes), expressions of personality in social context (person–situation interaction; within-person variability; behaviour in everyday life; personality and interpersonal perceptions; dyadic, intragroup and intergroup processes), personality development (e.g. cultural, societal, interpersonal, genetic determinants; personality stabilisation and change across the lifespan) and the consequences of personality (e.g. social, educational, occupational, well-being and health-related outcomes).
