中文簡介

Geobios在古生物學(xué)、古生物生物學(xué)、古生態(tài)學(xué)、古生物地理學(xué)、(生物)地層學(xué)和生物地球化學(xué)的任何領(lǐng)域，以英文原版同行評議的文章雙月刊出版。所有的分類群，包括微化石，無脊椎動物，植物，脊椎動物和魚化石都被處理。Geobios歡迎基于原始材料的描述性論文(例如大型系統(tǒng)古生物學(xué)著作)，以及更具分析性和/或方法論導(dǎo)向的論文，前提是它們能提供強大而重要的生物年代/生物地層學(xué)、古生物地理學(xué)、古生物學(xué)和/或系統(tǒng)發(fā)育新視角。將地球和生命科學(xué)的各個領(lǐng)域結(jié)合起來，采用多學(xué)科或跨學(xué)科方法進(jìn)行同步和/或歷時性研究，這是一項高度優(yōu)先的工作。還考慮了基于現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)的工作

Geobios publishes bimonthly in English original peer-reviewed articles of international interest in any area of paleontology, paleobiology, paleoecology, paleobiogeography, (bio)stratigraphy and biogeochemistry. All taxonomic groups are treated, including microfossils, invertebrates, plants, vertebrates and ichnofossils. Geobios welcomes descriptive papers based on original material (e.g. large Systematic Paleontology works), as well as more analytically and/or methodologically oriented papers, provided they offer strong and significant biochronological/biostratigraphical, paleobiogeographical, paleobiological and/or phylogenetic new insights and perspectices. A high priority level is given to synchronic and/or diachronic studies based on multi- or inter-disciplinary approaches mixing various fields of Earth and Life Sciences.
