《動物飼料科學(xué)與技術(shù)》是一份獨(dú)特的期刊，出版國際上關(guān)注動物飼料及其飼養(yǎng)的科學(xué)論文。歡迎發(fā)表有關(guān)反芻動物和非反芻動物(包括家禽、馬、同伴動物和水生動物)飼料研究的論文。該期刊涵蓋以下領(lǐng)域:飼料的營養(yǎng)價(jià)值(如評估、改善)保存和加工影響其營養(yǎng)價(jià)值的飼料的方法影響飼料營養(yǎng)價(jià)值的農(nóng)藝氣候因素飼料的利用及其改進(jìn)飲食投入品和飼料技術(shù)(如飼料、飼料添加劑、飼料成分、霉菌毒素)的代謝、生產(chǎn)、繁殖和健康反應(yīng)，以及潛在的環(huán)境影響與動物飼料交互直接相關(guān)的數(shù)學(xué)模型飼料評價(jià)的分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)方法飼料技術(shù)對動物生產(chǎn)的環(huán)境影響該雜志不鼓勵強(qiáng)調(diào)動物產(chǎn)品、分子生物學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)或管理學(xué)、飼料的監(jiān)管或法律方面的論文，也不鼓勵強(qiáng)調(diào)與飼料或飼料技術(shù)沒有直接聯(lián)系的以動物營養(yǎng)為重點(diǎn)的動物生產(chǎn)研究。

Animal Feed Science and Technology is a unique journal publishing scientific papers of international interest focusing on animal feeds and their feeding.Papers describing research on feed for ruminants and non-ruminants, including poultry, horses, companion animals and aquatic animals, are welcome.The journal covers the following areas:Nutritive value of feeds (e.g., assessment, improvement)Methods of conserving and processing feeds that affect their nutritional valueAgronomic and climatic factors influencing the nutritive value of feedsUtilization of feeds and the improvement of suchMetabolic, production, reproduction and health responses, as well as potential environmental impacts, of diet inputs and feed technologies (e.g., feeds, feed additives, feed components, mycotoxins)Mathematical models relating directly to animal-feed interactionsAnalytical and experimental methods for feed evaluationEnvironmental impacts of feed technologies in animal productionThe journal does not encourage papers with emphasis on animal products, molecular biology, genetics or management, or the regulatory or legal aspects of feeds as well as animal production studies with a focus on animal nutrition that do not have a direct link to a feed or feed technology.
