IEEE海洋工程雜志(ISSN 0364-9059)是IEEE海洋工程學會(IEEE OES)唯一的在線季刊。該雜志的范圍是IEEE OES感興趣的領域，涵蓋了科學、工程和技術的所有方面，涉及與所有水體相關的研究、開發和操作。這包括創建新功能和技術，從概念設計到原型、測試和操作系統，再到感知、探索、理解、開發、使用和負責任地管理自然資源。

The IEEE Journal of Oceanic Engineering (ISSN 0364-9059) is the online-only quarterly publication of the IEEE Oceanic Engineering Society (IEEE OES). The scope of the Journal is the field of interest of the IEEE OES, which encompasses all aspects of science, engineering, and technology that address research, development, and operations pertaining to all bodies of water. This includes the creation of new capabilities and technologies from concept design through prototypes, testing, and operational systems to sense, explore, understand, develop, use, and responsibly manage natural resources.
