蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)是蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和其他“組學(xué)”中應(yīng)用和技術(shù)(包括軟件)各方面信息的主要國際來源。該雜志包括但不限于蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、基因組學(xué)、轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)、代謝組學(xué)和脂質(zhì)組學(xué)以及系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)方法。特別歡迎描述蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的新應(yīng)用和多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)和方法的集成的論文。

PROTEOMICS is the premier international source for information on all aspects of applications and technologies, including software, in proteomics and other "omics". The journal includes but is not limited to proteomics, genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics and lipidomics, and systems biology approaches. Papers describing novel applications of proteomics and integration of multi-omics data and approaches are especially welcome.
