Physical Review Applied is a peer-reviewed, scientific journal, published by the American Physical Society (APS). It is part of the Physical Review family of journals.The journal aims to publish articles, letters and reviews at the intersection of physics and engineering, which are often multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary. The papers are published online as and when they are accepted and become available.
